Retail Sales Associate - Santa Monica Store and South Bay Store


Sales of audio and video products, accessories and performance agreements.

Responsibilities:
• Confers with potential customers regarding Audio Video needs and advises customers on types of equipment to purchase
• Resolves customer’s complaints regarding a sale
• Identifies sales prospects
• Delivers the highest level of customer service and product knowledge
• Participates in on-going training programs and meetings
• Maintains order in assigned department

Qualifications:
• Must possess strong sales and communication skills
• Must be well organized
• Must have tact and patience to deal with difficult clients
• Mandatory overtime may be assigned during particularly busy weeks or during periods of Company growth
• Must be fluent in English


Custom/Retail Sales Manager - Santa Monica Store and South Bay Store


Manage sales force while maximizing sales and productivity.

Responsibilities:
• Supervises and prepares work schedules for all Sales personnel.
• Maintaining proper sales coverage for the sales floor during normal working hours.
• Develop a sales program to foster professional business relationships such as Architects, Contractors and Interior Designers.
• Develop and implement training programs associated with all aspects of sales techniques and product operation.
• Provide support to Project and Engineering managers as pertains to the sales and development of packaged system sales.
• Ability to manage in-home sales.
• Supervises the Merchandiser regarding product displays.
• Authorizes returns and discounts.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of three years in the A/V industry or related field or schooling with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to motivate, organize and direct the work of the sales staff.
• Must have good communication skills, written and oral.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be organized.
• Mandatory overtime may be assigned during particularly busy weeks or during periods of Company growth.
